Walk A Mile In My Shoes

Description: The 2nd annual Walk a Mile in My Shoes celebrated women who walk through life with strength, courage and perseverance. Hosted by High Heal Diaries, the event raised funds for women battling breast cancer. The diagnosis comes with many ups and downs; one being the financial hardships that are brought on when lengthy treatments are necessary and one can no longer work. Funds raised are given back to women in various forms such as money for groceries, utilities, children’s expenses, medical bills, care packages, travel expenses, or a relaxing day at the spa.
